ṛddhiḥ suvarṇādidhanasaṃpattiḥ /
tadyuktaṃ vastūdāttam /
tena ca kāvyārtho 'laṃkriyate /
tasyodāharaṇam----
‘Magnificence’ is wealth consisting in gold and other riches. / A thing possessed of that is the ‘magnificent’. / And by that, the poetic sense is adorned. / Its exemplification [is as follows]:
