tattadbhāvatrikoṇe sukhamadanagṛhe vā'spade saumyayukte pāpānāṃ dṛṣṭehīne bhavanapasahite pāpakheṭairayukte |
bhāvānāṃ puṣṭimāhuḥ sakalaśubhakaraṃ cānyathā cetpraṇāśaṃ miśraṃ miśragrahendairakhilamāpi tathā mūrtibhāvādikānām ||

When the trine of each respective astrological house, or its fourth, seventh, or tenth house is conjoined with a benefic,
free from the aspect of malefics, conjoined with the lord of the house, and not conjoined with malefic planets,
they declare the nourishment of the astrological houses, bringing all prosperity; otherwise, there is destruction;
and if mixed, through mixed planets, for all houses beginning with the first house, [the result is mixed].
