13.68

atha mātrā syaktasya vināśayogaḥ |
pāpekṣite tuhinagābudaye kuje'ste syakto vinaśyati kujārkajayostathā'ye |
saumye'pi paśyati tathāvidhahastameti saumye tareṣu parahastagato'pyanāyuḥ ||

Now, the combination for the destruction of one abandoned by his mother: / When the Moon in the ascendant is aspected by a malefic while Mars is in the seventh house, the child abandoned perishes; likewise when Mars and Saturn are in the eleventh house. / If a benefic aspects as well, he falls into hands of that kind; under benefics in other signs, even if fallen into another's hands, he has no span of life.
