duṣṭe ca durjane kṣudre hmasatye gurutalpage ||
hīne satve durācāre svarajñānaṃ na dīyate ||
To the wicked and the evil, the petty, the untruthful, the defiler of the guru's bed,
to the base in nature, to the ill-behaved, the knowledge of sound is not to be given.
