The Long Āgama Sūtra Expounded by the Buddha, Scroll Ten

Thus I have heard: One time, the Buddha was staying at Anāthapiṇḍada’s Park in Jeta’s Grove of Śrāvastī. He was accompanied by a large group of 1,250 monks.

一時，佛在舍衛國祇樹給孤獨園，與大比丘眾千二百五十人俱。

At one time, the Buddha was staying in Śrāvastī at the Jeta Grove, in Anāthapiṇḍada's Park, together with a great assembly of one thousand two hundred and fifty bhikṣus.
