In addition to these sources, we have relied on the Stok Palace version of the Tibetan translation and on the Comparative Edition (dpe bsdur ma) of the Degé Kangyur. Unless otherwise noted, the transcriptions of the Sanskrit incantations and mantras follow those given in the Degé edition.
