In this treatise now, each of the eight kinds of causes and conditions gathers ten kinds of causes and conditions from that treatise; therefore, without increasing or decreasing, only eight kinds are established. Because of this meaning, it says 'and so forth'; the word 'and so forth' comprehensively gathers those eighty.
