This means causing one to practice and study relying on this Prajñā, and not causing one to study and recite external scriptures. In the text there are two parts: first, demonstrating the superior distinctiveness of this Dharma through four conditions; next, from "What should this sūtra be named" onward, counteracting grasping at meanings according to words.
