- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [1.32](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1700.1.32)

> His intention was to say that vajra has three meanings. First, the meaning of being that which is broken: Asaṅga's root treatise states, "the practice of right view, the practice of wrong view." The explanation says: although right and wrong are different, their functioning as conceptualization is the same; therefore "practice" encompasses both kinds of views. This is an analogy: although the diamond is one, that which can \[cut\] and that which is \[cut\] are distinct. Although it is called a diamond, there are also things that can break it; thus, just as a white ram's horn can break a diamond.
