> "Great King! This sūtra is named The Sūtra of the Benevolent King Inquiring about Prajñāpāramitā. When you uphold the Prajñāpāramitā Sūtra, this sūtra further possesses immeasurable merit, named the merit of protecting the state; it is also named the Dharma-medicine of all kings, which when ingested and practiced has no small function, with the merit of protecting homes and residences, and it also protects the bodies of all sentient beings. This prajñāpāramitā is precisely the protection of the state, like city walls, moats, partitions, stone walls, swords, spears, and shields. You should uphold it; prajñāpāramitā is also like this."
