> The commentary explains: 'Able in a single thought-moment' refers to the single kṣaṇa after receiving the admonitions. 'Give rise to cognitive activities' refers to the activities of benefiting sentient beings. 'Illuminating both equally' means illuminating both the real and the conventional, with equal activities of benefit. 'With the cognition of the ten powers' means partially sharing the cognition of the ten powers of all buddhas. 'Pervade ineffable great-thousand worlds' refers to what the earlier sūtra called 'buddha-kṣetras equal to the dust motes of a million worlds.' 'In accordance with all sentient beings' means manifesting bodies corresponding to their kinds, bringing benefit and joy suited to their faculties. As the Avataṃsaka says: 'The cognitive activities produced in a single thought-moment surpass the practices cultivated from the first generating of the thought \[of awakening\] up through the seventh ground by more than a hundred times, even up to hundreds of thousands of koṭis of nayutas of times. For example, it is like boarding a boat wishing to enter the great sea; before reaching the sea, much effort is expended, but once having reached the sea, one merely goes along with the wind, reaching the great sea without depending on human labor. What is traversed in a single day, compared to before arriving, could not be equaled even in a hundred years. The bodhisattva-mahāsattva is also like this: accumulating a vast provision of roots of goodness, boarding the boat of the Great Vehicle, they reach the ocean of bodhisattva practice; in a single thought-moment, with effortless cognition, they enter the sphere of the cognition of all cognitions, which could not be equaled by their original effortful practice traversing measureless hundreds of thousands of koṭis of nayutas of kalpas.' From here, the third part concludes and explains the fulfillment of the ground.
