Regarding "is able to manifest the divine powers of a million Ganges-sands of buddhas, and so forth," being able to manifest these divine powers of buddhas clarifies divine supernormal powers (abhijñā). Moreover, in this bodhisattva, among the ten pāramitās, the pāramitā of power is especially predominant. Regarding "an inexhaustible treasury of Dharma," this refers to the four unimpeded knowledges, because they extensively benefit and gladden \[beings\]. From here, the thirteenth \[section\] clarifies the Cloud of Dharma bhūmi (Dharmameghā-bhūmi).
