- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.70](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1716.2.70)

> Now we take the cut-off subtlety of the traces to subtilise the phenomena of sentient beings; we take the cut-off subtlety of the original ground to subtilise the Buddha-dharma; we take the cut-off subtlety of the contemplation of mind to subtilise the phenomena of mind. The previous four cut-offs horizontally correspond to the four teachings; these three cut-offs vertically correspond to the perfect teaching (and so forth).
