法華玄義釋籤 2.36

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.36](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1717.2.36)

四「雖復」下結歎，中三：初舉廣以歎，次「但可」下許證附理故可知、言說依事故莫辨，故知證一照極略得大猷，言不累施卒何可具？「雖復」下覽言說，以從意故意不出漸等。

> Fourth, from 'although again' onward is concluding with praise, which has three parts: first, citing what is broad to praise; next, from 'it can only be' onward, granting that realization aligns with principle and thus can be known, while verbal explanations depend on phenomena and thus cannot be fully distinguished; hence we know that by realizing the one and illuminating the ultimate, one briefly grasps the great principle, but since words cannot be applied repeatedly, how could they suddenly be complete? From 'although again' onward, examining verbal explanations in order to follow the intention, the intention does not go beyond the gradual and so forth.
