Wherever this Dharma is, that place is noble. Wherever the Buddha was born, attained the Way, turned the wheel of Dharma, entered nirvāṇa, and so forth—wherever the Dharma King traversed, a stūpa should be erected. This sūtra is the birthplace of the dharmakāya, the bodhimaṇḍa of attaining the Way, the true body of the Dharma wheel, and the cavern of great nirvāṇa; wherever this sūtra is present, it requires a stūpa to make offerings. "No longer installing relics": the \*Dazhidulun\* states, "Broken bones are relics of the physical body; sūtra scrolls are relics of the dharmakāya." This sūtra is the dharmakāya relic, so there is no need to further install relics of the physical body.
