法華文句記 10.9

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [10.9](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1719.10.9)

> Next, in terms of the saṃbhogakāya, there are also six \[parts\]: first, the heading. Next, from "Who has..." downward, it directly explains that delusion and wisdom originally have no arising or extinction, taking this as the essence of the saṃbhogakāya being free of arising and extinction. Third, from "This generally..." downward concludes the essence of the saṃbhogakāya, clarifying that brightness is wisdom and darkness is ignorance; their essential natures are entirely identical and therefore do not eliminate each other, and since they do not eliminate each other, they are not extinguished. Fourth, from "Sentient beings..." downward is the reason for proclaiming extinction. Fifth, from "Having afflictions..." downward clarifies the marks of proclaiming extinction; the reason they mutually receive the name of extinction is that extinction is in terms of phenomena. Sixth, from "Is it not..." downward concludes proclaiming extinction.
