法華玄論 8.48

- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [8.48](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1720.8.48)

三者發生三慧是故三轉。初轉生聞慧，次轉生思慧，三轉生修慧。四者初轉生未知欲知根，次轉生知根，三說生知已根。五者初說生見道，次說生脩道，後說生無學道。

> Third, it is turned thrice because it engenders the three wisdoms. The first turning engenders wisdom born of hearing; the next turning engenders wisdom born of reflection; the third turning engenders wisdom born of cultivation. Fourth, the first turning engenders the faculty of having not yet known what one desires to know; the next turning engenders the faculty of knowing; the third exposition engenders the faculty of having already known. Fifth, the first exposition engenders the path of seeing; the next exposition engenders the path of cultivation; the latter exposition engenders the path beyond learning.
