- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.65](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1728.2.65)

> "One who should be saved by the body of Śakra": this is the lord of the earth-dwelling gods. In full it is Śakro Devānām Indraḥ. 'Śakra' means capable; 'deva' is just deity; 'Indra' means lord; \[thus,\] 'capable of being the lord of gods'. The bodhisattva cultivates the samādhi of difficult-to-subdue, neither grasping nor relinquishing, preaches various discourses on victory, manifests a body through the four propositions, and leads to the real by means of the provisional.
