> Second, within the section of the main exposition, there are four divisions: First, the accomplishment of the Dharma master's expedients: in this bhūmi one is able to generate eloquence to expound the Dharma, so it is called the Dharma master bhūmi. When the practices toward the bhūmi are established, it is called the accomplishment of expedients. Second, the accomplishment of wisdom: because the wisdom knowing the Dharma is accomplished. Third, the accomplishment of entry into practice: because one knows the vessels of those to be converted. Fourth, the accomplishment of exposition: because one expounds correctly in accord with capacities. The eighth is pure land and the ninth is eloquence, distinguishing their practice. 'Accomplishing all marks' and so forth reveals the superiority over what is inferior, meaning that possessing the former four divisions is called 'all marks.'
