Third, the evil and superior: following the unwholesome above is called an evil mind, while the reverse is superior; the neutral goes along with the stream, while the reverse turns against it. Second, in terms of retributive reward: bodhisattvas have broad and superior minds; the two vehicles have narrow minds; the three vehicles all turn against \[the stream\]; the eight classes go along with the stream; and the three destinies are evil.
