Because the dependent and proper \[rewards\] are unimpeded, it emerges from the Buddha; and to signify the proper, it emerges from between his eyebrows, meaning that the river of teachings flows and moistens, emerging from verified wisdom. Yet, the teachings carry ultimate truth; therefore, the jewel-king flowing along does not lose its true nature, which is precisely the principle that \[it\] accords with conditions without changing, being non-dual.
