> Seventh, expounding superior practices: if one wishes to ascend to wondrous stations, without practice one cannot climb; thus 'the noble person does not worry about not having a station, but worries about whether they themselves stand established.' Practices are also of two kinds: first, the sudden perfection of all practices, where one practice is all practices. Therefore the 'Ten Abodes' chapter says: 'One is many, many are one,' and so forth. And the 'Samantabhadra's Practices' chapter says: 'One severance is all severances,' and so on. Second, the comprehensive perfection of all practices, which is sequential arrangement, referring to practices from the essence, marks, and merits of the great bodhicitta up to the stage of equal enlightenment. These two are unobstructed, analogous to the explanation of the stations.
