- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [56.27](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1735.56.27)

> Fifth, from "Good son, from here..." onward, he directs him to the subsequent friend. Dwelling in the grove refers to the station of complete expedient means (upāyasaṃpanna-vihāra), because the manifold virtues are established. Advanced in years and ripe in virtue, exceeding others in affairs, he is therefore called an elder (śreṣṭhin). Within his body he manifests boundless Buddha-realms, with concentration and function unobstructed, hence he is named Vimuktaka (Liberation). This represents that the roots of goodness cultivated in this station are all for delivering all sentient beings, up to presently realizing great nirvāṇa.
