- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [13.19](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1736.13.19)

> Regarding the commentary's "Fourth, because sentient beings are entirely within" and so forth: in this proposition both are negated, and the meaning is even easier to understand. Within it, first it clarifies it directly; next, under "Therefore Xianshou", it cites proof, namely from the fifteenth fascicle. It only verifies the meaning of the fourth proposition, double negation: what is produced from causes and conditions has no production—sentient beings are negated; the dharmakāya of all Buddhas is not a body—the Buddha is negated. The latter half says: "The dharmatā is eternally abiding like empty space, / And the radiance of meaning spoken is like this." It specifically requires the first two lines, and therefore does not cite these. Furthermore, the "Verses of Praise" chapter also verifies the double negation from the \*Mahāprajñāpāramitā\* text, which has already been explained above.
