> Regarding the Commentary's words, "Among virtues, 'clouds move and rain falls'": the words come from the Commentary on the Decision for the Qian hexagram in the Book of Changes: 'Great indeed is the originating power of Qian! All things owe to it their beginning, and it commands the heavens. Clouds move and rain falls, and various things flow into their respective forms. Greatly brightening from end to beginning, the six positions are timely accomplished; in season, he mounts the six dragons to steer the heavens. The way of Qian transforms and alters, so that each corrects its nature and destiny; preserving and uniting the great harmony, it is advantageous and correct. Heading above the myriad things, all the realms are peaceful.' Explanation: Qian represents the dragon, and all six lines are dragons. Here, in explaining the dragon, it is fitting to take the virtues of Qian, and even more so 'clouds move and rain falls.'
