> Regarding the commentary’s "Broadly there are immeasurably many": because they are explained separately with respect to particular events. On the commentary’s "Or a hundred kinds are spoken of": this is in fascicle fifty-six, which initially lists ten headings, saying, "Disciples of the Buddha! Bodhisattva-mahāsattvas have ten kinds of unobstructed functions. What are the ten? Namely, unobstructed function regarding sentient beings; second, unobstructed function regarding lands; third, dharmas; fourth, body; fifth, vows; sixth, realms; seventh, cognition; eighth, superknowledges; ninth, divine powers; tenth, powers." All contain the words "unobstructed function." The nine explanations below each have ten headings, and thus constitute a hundred.
