疏「不思議品亦說有十」等者，即第四十六云「何等為十？所謂一切諸佛於一切法悉得自在，明達種種句身味身，演說諸法辯才無礙，是為諸佛第一自在法。」下略取意，上即法自在，二心自在、三勝解自在、四財自在、五命自在、六如意自在、七智自在、八業自在、九受生自在、十願自在。然上二經與八地全同。

> On the commentary’s "The 'Inconceivable' chapter also says there are ten" and so forth: this is in fascicle forty-six, which says, "What are the ten? Namely, all Buddhas attain mastery in all dharmas, clearly comprehending various collections of phrases and syllables, expounding all dharmas with unobstructed eloquence—this is the Buddhas' first dharma of mastery." Below, the meaning is briefly extracted: the above is mastery of dharma; second, mastery of mind; third, mastery of adhimukti; fourth, mastery of wealth; fifth, mastery of lifespan; sixth, mastery of psychic potency; seventh, mastery of cognition; eighth, mastery of karma; ninth, mastery of rebirth; tenth, mastery of vows. However, the above two sūtra texts are completely identical with the eighth bhūmi.
