> In the commentary, 'The fifth has two lines, which are the mutual containment of the circumstantial and direct'—the two lines together form one gateway, and one gateway directly constitutes one pair, internally containing the wisdom-power of cause and fruit. This explains the sūtra's 'harboring all buddha powers, liberations, and the wisdom of all bodhisattvas.' From 'Externally causing dust motes' down, it explains the sūtra's 'able to cause the fine dust motes of all lands to fully accommodate the boundless dharmadhātu.' The explanation says: because dust motes appear entirely reliant on the dharmadhātu storehouse, this is phenomenal dust suddenly manifesting myriad realms. The words 'identical to the true nature' refer to the principle dharmadhātu.
