疏「又隨宜說法意趣難思」者，上指品末廣故難思。今明意趣深故難思，亦如《法華．方便品》說。謂稱體大用，或隨自意、或隨他意、或隨自他意故。從「又等法界」下，多門難思。

> Regarding the commentary's statement, "Furthermore, preaching the Dharma according to appropriateness, his purports are difficult to conceive": the above refers to the end of the chapter being extensive and thus difficult to conceive. Here it clarifies that because the purports are profound, they are difficult to conceive, just as expounded in the "Upāyakausalya Chapter" of the Lotus Sūtra. That is, the great function corresponding to essence is either in accordance with one's own intent, in accordance with the intent of others, or in accordance with both one's own and others' intents. From "furthermore, equal to the dharmadhātu" downward, there are many approaches that are difficult to conceive.
