> Regarding the commentary's: "Those who see determinately..." onward, which explains the second half: it means that those who see determinately see the dharmakāya. What is the characteristic of the Tathāgata's dharmakāya? The treatise states: "Whatever is the intrinsic nature of the Tathāgata / is the intrinsic nature of the world. / The Tathāgata lacks an intrinsic nature; / the world also lacks an intrinsic nature." That the real and the delusive lack intrinsic nature is precisely the Buddha's dharmakāya. One who sees thus does not turn according to marks. If one turns according to marks, one is not at ease; not turning according to marks is precisely determinate seeing. Seeing that both are equally without intrinsic nature, subject and object are dual-quiescent; how could existence or non-existence burden their spirit? Then they do not fear existence, non-existence, and so forth.
