- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [32.38](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1736.32.38)

疏「答第三難者」，謂上難云：一性隨於種種則失真諦，種種隨於一性則失俗諦，亦性相相違。今答意明性相無違。然疏有二意：一明性相雙絕，故無可相違，即下半意。

> Regarding the Commentary's 'Answering the third objection': this refers to the objection above: if the single nature accords with the various kinds, the ultimate truth is lost; if the various kinds accord with the single nature, the conventional truth is lost; also, nature and characteristics would contradict each other. The present answer intends to clarify that nature and characteristics do not contradict each other. However, the Commentary has two meanings: first, clarifying that nature and characteristics are both eliminated, so there is nothing that could contradict, which is the meaning of the second half.
