> Regarding the commentary's "the internal body is distinguished from the external vessel and the bodies of others": this explains the two words 'internal body' in the first verse by means of the applications of mindfulness. Now, in the fourth bhūmi there are three bodies, and the \*Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa\* and the \*Yogācārabhūmi\* each have explanations. Here it follows the intent of the \*Yogācārabhūmi\*: 1. taking one's own body as the internal body; 2. taking external implements such as vases, clothes, and vehicles as the external body; 3. taking external sentient beings such as wives, children, boys, and girls as the internal-external body. Therefore, it now sets apart the latter two.
