- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [63.31](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1736.63.31)

> From the commentary's "the first two rely on persons" onward, it draws them together in their general characteristics. In terms of the sūtra, there are initially three clauses: one clause concerning the master, two clauses concerning friends, and the next three relying on practice. The sūtra has four clauses: the first two accomplish virtues, and the latter two transcend faults. The last two rely on the teaching: one receives the teaching, and the other grasps its meaning.
