> Regarding the Commentary's stating from "According to the upper fascicle of the Yingluo" onward: third, it cites the Yingluo jing to establish the two sūtras. Therein are three parts: 1. citing the sūtra; 2. establishing the Jin sūtra; 3. establishing the present sūtra. Now, the first. As for the statement, "Reaching the thirteenth jewel-mark wheel in the seventh ground": because the first ground has seven jewels, the second ground eight jewels, the third ground nine jewels, the fourth ground ten jewels, the fifth ground eleven jewels, the sixth ground twelve jewels, and the seventh ground thirteen jewels; from the eighth ground and above, the number of jewels does not increase, so it merely says "great responsive jewel-mark wheel" and so forth.
