> Regarding the Commentary's 'Signifying the shaking', etc., that sūtra states: 'Sons of the Buddha! What is the bodhisattva's dwelling of consecration? This bodhisattva accomplishes ten kinds of jñāna. What are the ten? Namely: shaking immeasurable worlds; second, illuminating; third, sustaining; fourth, visiting; fifth, adorning and purifying—the above four are all identical with the first line; sixth, explaining to immeasurable sentient beings; seventh, observing immeasurable sentient beings; eighth, knowing the faculties of immeasurable sentient beings; ninth, causing immeasurable sentient beings to enter; and tenth, causing immeasurable sentient beings to be subdued.' Now fearlessness is used to run through these ten lines.
