- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [90.24](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1736.90.24)

> In the commentary, from “However, this section” below, the eighth point is to distinguish its inclusion \[of another virtue\]. This includes the seventeenth virtue, and therefore when it comes to explaining the characteristics in the text below, they are few. The reason this virtue is included here is due to two intentions: First, for the sake of drawing a parallel, because the meaning is similar; not wishing to multiply words, it therefore manifests lands such as Abhirati and Sukhāvatī. Second, the seventeenth \[virtue\] establishes that this section is entirely our present Teacher, because the diverse lands are all manifested by our Teacher, the one Buddha. Failing to see this intention, how could one know the purport of the sūtra? Do not treat this lightly. In the commentary text there are three points; the first two speaking of identity accord with the virtue of equality among the virtues.
