> Seventh, as for Dharma Master Wonhyo of Silla in Haedong under the Tang dynasty, who composed a commentary on this sūtra and also established four teachings: first, the distinct teaching of the three vehicles, referring to teachings such as the four truths and the Pratītyasamutpāda Sūtra; second, the common teaching of the three vehicles, referring to sūtras such as the Prajñā and Saṃdhinirmocana Sūtra; third, the partial teaching of the One Vehicle, as in the Yingluo jing, the Brahmajāla Sūtra, and the like; fourth, the complete teaching of the One Vehicle, referring to teachings such as the Samantabhadra teaching of the Buddhāvataṃsaka Sūtra.
