The commentary states: This is the fourth \[section\], the extraordinary superiority of their perfected virtues. It has two parts: first, perfecting their own virtues; second, perfecting the virtues of transforming others. The first also has two parts: this first is the superiority of accumulated good. It has three pairs: this first is the pair of wisdom and abandonment. "One Vehicle" refers to wisdom: although there are three vehicles, the ultimate is not two, hence it is called "the One Vehicle."
