- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [2.35](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1754.2.35)

> "Before she had even raised her head, at that moment the World-Honoured One on Mount Gṛdhrakūṭa knew the thought in Vaidehī's mind, and immediately commanded Mahāmaudgalyāyana and Ānanda to come through the sky, while the Buddha vanished from Mount Gṛdhrakūṭa and appeared in the royal palace." Knowing her thought is the knowledge of others' minds. Traveling through the air and vanishing or appearing is the spiritual power of psychic transformation. Second, rising from homage, she sees the Buddha.
