> Sengliang states: The causes of suffering having been exhausted, what was anticipated has been completed.
> Sengzong states: It means they have attained the culmination of the knowledge of exhaustion and the knowledge of non-arising. This meaning contains knowledge, which directly explains "worthy of offerings".
> Baoliang states: These two phrases together explain the meaning of "non-arising". The reason they attain non-arising is that they have severed all fetters of the three realms and the power of the remedial path has accomplished it.
