- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [56.114](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1763.56.114)

> Sengliang states: As for 'these four dharmas are all permanent', the karmic nature of sentient beings—three causes and one fruit—is permanent, and hence it is the seventh inconceivable. Sengzong states: One who can act thus is called non-retrogressing; one who cannot is retrogressing. Baoliang states: He adduces the karma of the thirty-two marks to encourage practice. It is for the sake of this meaning that he extensively clarifies the characteristics of retrogression and non-retrogression.
