- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [63.83](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1763.63.83)

> Sengliang comments: The objection means: If the buddhadhātu is permanent, and what is permanent is without arising and without ceasing and not characterized by saṃskṛta traits, why then is it said that all sentient beings possess it? Zhixiu says: In the sixth exchange, there is a two-pronged objection: First, if it is not of the three times, present sentient beings should not possess it. Later it says: If sentient beings possess it, it should share the same substance with sentient beings.
