- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [6.262](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1775.6.262)

> \[Kumāra\]jīva says: If one sees attainment and realization, then the mind is bounded; being bounded, there is obstruction; with obstruction, there is no eloquence. Because of having no attainment or realization, she can be like this. \[Seng\]zhao says: A path with obstruction cannot give rise to unobstructed eloquence; unobstructed eloquence must emerge from the unobstructed path. If a path has attainment and realization, there must be something not attained and something not realized. Because the path of the Mahāyāna has nothing attained and nothing realized, there is nothing not attained and nothing not realized. Generating eloquence from this, there is nothing it does not articulate. \[Dao\]sheng says: Having no attainment is attainment, and having no realization is realization; therefore her eloquence is like this.
