- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [9.226](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1775.9.226)

> \[Kumāra\]jīva says: Seclusion has three kinds: first, departing from crowds of people and the five desires; second, departing from afflictions; third, the seclusion of the essential emptiness of all dharmas. Here, contemplating the seclusion of essential emptiness, one does not weary of goodness. \[Seng\]zhao says: Seclusion is merely another name for the unconditioned. Although seeing the essentials of the seclusion of the unconditioned, body and mind do not depart from conditioned goodness.
