"All that exists in the world is fully manifested": this versifies Mount Sumeru, the Iron Encircling Mountains, and so forth from before. "The Ten Powers in pity manifested these transformations": this versifies gratitude for the Buddha's kindness. The Buddha is endowed with the ten powers; addressing him by his virtue, he is named the Ten Powers; it was because the Honored One of the Ten Powers pitied us that he manifested these transformations. "The assembly, beholding what is rare, all praised the Buddha": this versifies the great assembly beholding the Buddha's supernatural powers and praising them as unprecedented.
