If cultivating a single virtue already intrinsically possesses ten virtues, how much more so when cultivating ten, could they not intrinsically possess ten? One merely takes a single virtue as the starting point of speech. One should cultivate the ten virtues together to accomplish a single virtue, and so too for the remaining virtues; only then is it called 'possessing the virtues.'
