As the Pañcaviṃśatisāhasrikā states: "One does not accept practice, nor does one accept non-practice; nor does one accept both practice and non-practice, nor neither practice nor non-practice, up to not accepting non-acceptance; this is called the vast and great function of the bodhisattva's non-accepting samādhi, not shared in common with śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas." For this reason, they are able not to realize emptiness.
