> Below, in the practice of rescuing the fish, is the third \[part\], the gods' hearing and praise. There are three \[sections\]: first, the heading; second, from "at that time the great assembly" onwards, the general rejoicing of the assembly; third, from "at that time the Four Heavenly Kings" onwards, their specific praise. This has two \[parts\]: first, praising the Buddha's proclamation; second, speaking the mantra and vowing to protect. The first, praising the Buddha's proclamation, again has two: first, the heading; second, the praise. Second, from "we also shall speak a mantra" onwards is the vow to protect, which has three \[parts\]: first, two lines of heading; next, four lines of admonition and exhortation; and finally, from "before the Buddha" onwards, the proclamation of the mantra.
