- **Language:** Classical Chinese

### [6.234](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1791.6.234)

四假五分成墮有無破。又彼立不生宗，要假因喻合結五分而成，故不應立。又彼不生宗，於有無法上立皆不即，此宗即入一切法數中也。有無性相本亦不生故，何處得立不生宗也？

> Fourth is the refutation that it relies on five members and falls into existence and non-existence. Furthermore, establishing that thesis of non-arising requires relying on the five members—reason, example, application, and conclusion—to be formed, so it should not be established. Moreover, that thesis of non-arising does not apply when established on existent or non-existent phenomena, and this thesis itself falls into the category of all phenomena. Since the nature and marks of existence and non-existence are originally also unborn, where could one establish the thesis of non-arising?
