### [7.151](https://indike.org/pramana/in.bauddha.taisho.1791.7.151)

若法不生，則無有少法可取，誰是如來者？則墮無見。若言攝取不生不滅是如來異名，既有可攝取，則墮有見。故復請世尊為我宣說，庶不墮二見。

> If phenomena do not arise, then not the slightest dharma can be apprehended; who then is the Tathāgata? This would fall into the view of non-existence. If one says that grasping non-arising and non-cessation is an alternate name for the Tathāgata, since there is something to be grasped, this would fall into the view of existence. Therefore, he again requests the World-Honoured One to explain it for him, so that he may avoid falling into the two views.
